With a deep-rooted history beginning in the early 1800s, Sandy Springs is known for its beautiful luxury mansions on larges plots of land and prime shopping opportunities. Largely suburban in character, the area is home to various residential subdivisions and 16 parks, including East Palisades Park and Morgan Falls Park. Sandy Springs is located near top-rated public and private schools, including Holy Innocents School, Holy Spirit Catholic School, Mount Vernon Presbyterian School, Lake Forest Elementary, and Riverwood High School
